To be in this program you must be able to distinguish colors, be able to follow directions and have good manual dexterity. Good field for both men and women. This program articulates closely with the Building Trades and Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning programs.

You will be able to:
- Install, troubleshoot, test, measure, and analyze electrical circuits
- Operate testing equipment and instruments in the electrical field
- Install, maintain, and service residential wiring systems
- Use measurement, control, and application of electrical energy for power and illumination
- Be familiar with the National Electrical Code
Students in Electrical must be able to use math skills to perform calculations of basic equations. They must understand written and verbal communications and be able to read schematics.
