04/12/2010 Clinicals continue on 04/12 and 04/13. I am now collecting the fees for fingerprinting and for the state CNA licensure exam. The cost for fingerprinting is $15.00 and for the exam $ 60.00. These fees are to be in by 04/30/2010 and must be in the forms of either cash or a money order endorsed to CACC. No personal checks will be accepted. We will then complete the necessary forms and mail to the Dept of Public Health affording the students to be eligible to sit for the exam on 06/12/2010. 04/19/2010 Test for ch/ 11 is scheduled for 04/22. Our next area of study is ch 13; Promoting a Restraint-Free Environment.

0/04 Clinicals For this week include Mon, Tues, Wed for am and pm classes and on thurs just for the pm class. On Friday May 7th we will be taking the final exam for HO I. We will be completing the necessary forms to send to the Dept of Public Health so that students will be able to take the state CNA exam on June 19th. I am still collecting the $75 fee

for the exam and fingerprinting.

05/17 Clinical experiences are complete and the HO 1 final has been taken and graded. Grades are available on this website. Students will continue to come to CACC to complete last minute work and think about taking the state CNA exam. I continue to accept student monies for the exam ($ 75 ) anf for fingerprinting ( $15). We have completed the applications for each and I will send the applications and the fees in on 05/25. All students must have completed 40 hours of clinical, 80 hours of theory, and have grade of 71% or better. Any student who fails to have the C average will have their application removed and will receive a refund of the fees.
