The students will complete the study of the CACC handbook and will take the Handbook Test.
Work begins on the Sanitation Unit.
The Eye Safety Course and Test will be completed by all Culinary Students. Juniors and First Year Seniors will need to take the Reading and Math Tests in LRC.
On Thursday, September 2, the Vocabulary from Chapter 1, The Food Service Industry is due.
All signed forms and the student file folder will be collected on Friday, September 3.
Information on ordering and the cost of Culinary Arts Uniforms has been distributed to the students.
School will not be in Session on Monday, September 6 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday.
